allow a profiled build with 'make PROFILE=yes'
i committed the profile build stuff again... back it out
avoid an extra memcpy in got_inflate_to_mem()
These changes enabled profiling.
propagate error from delta cache insertion; fixes mem leak
add a 'got checkout' command
fix make install target if user name != group name
implement the 'got log' command with got libraries
add got(1) command code from mpi
